How long will it take my order to ship?
We typically ship all orders within 1-3 business days. In some circumstances (sales, holidays and other times of high order volumes) shipping times can take longer. If you have a question about your order or current shipping times please don't hesitate to message us. Business days are Monday- Friday excluding holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders under will ship via USPS Parcel Select Ground Mail with a standard ship time of 2-8 business days or via USPS Priority Mail with a standard ship time of 2-4 business days. You may choose to upgrade shipping for packages at checkout. Ship time does not include processing time before shipping.
My package was damaged in the mail. What do I do?
If your package was damaged in the mail, please contact me at SublimeSublimationsLLC@gmail.com so I can make it right.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Once your package ships you will be provided with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for it to update on the USPS website. Once the package leaves my possession, I know longer have control over it. If you suspect your package is lost in transit to you, you must contact to post office. You can contact them by calling 1-800-275-8777 or by going online at www.usps.com.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email SublimeSublimationsLLC@gmail.com within 10 business days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
